Vote Description
This bill empowers the Bureau of Labor Standards to investigate companies regardless of whether employees had made complaints against the establishment. CPAC opposes this radical government overreach and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 6, 2024 by a vote of 75-63 and the bill later became law.
