Vote Description
This bill prohibits a firearms vendor from selling a firearm to a person through the Internet or at a gun show without doing so through a federally licensed firearms dealer. CPAC opposes this obscene crackdown on Second Amendment freedoms and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 16, 2024 by a vote of 75-68 and the bill later became law.
