Vote Description
This bill bans what is known as “bump stocks” that allegedly enhance ordinary firearms. CPAC shares the founder’s belief in the Second Amendment and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on December 12, 2024, by a vote of 23-12, but the bill was not taken up in the House.
