SB 138
Expanding Subsidies to Biodiesel and Ethanol Retailers.
2023 - Missouri House of Representatives
Vote Description

This bill increases the cap on the maximum amount of credits that may be awarded to biodiesel retailers from four to five million dollars under one of Missouri’s biodiesel incentive programs. CPAC supports all forms of energy, does not believe that the government should support one form of energy over another, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 10, 2023 by a vote of 136-19 and the bill later became law.
