This bill prohibits people from providing surgical procedures or hormone replacement therapies to female minors in an attempt to address their gender dysphoria. CPAC opposes the castration and mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 24, 2023 by a vote of 65-34 and the bill later became law.
