Vote Description
This bill prohibits local governments from enacting ordinances or regulations that require buildings to be constructed with solar panels. CPAC opposes green energy building mandates and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 18, 2023 by a vote of 34-16 and the bill later became law.
