This bill prohibits local governments from adopting ordinances or regulations that prohibit people from using petroleum fuels. CPAC supports efforts to prevent Leftists from ending the use of gas-powered appliances through draconian mandates and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 2, 2023 by a vote of 33-17 and the bill later became law.
