This bill creates a program that would help parents pay to have their child attend a nonpublic school. CPAC supports this type of program, the likes of which promotes vital school choice initiatives, and supported this bill. The House sustained the Governor’s veto of this bill on April 25, 2023 by a vote of 52-41.
