Vote Description
This bill states that climate control regulations issued by international organizations are not enforceable in the state of North Dakota. CPAC supports efforts to prevent international organizations from tampering with state affairs and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 15, 2023 by a vote of 35-12 and the bill later became law.
