This bill removes the scheduled repeal of the interest and dividends tax rate. It also removes the reductions that were to occur to the rate in 2024. CPAC opposes wanton tax increases and opposed this bill. The Senate voted against passing this bill on February 22, 2023 by a vote of 13-10.
