This bill creates a program designed to help small businesses “establish their presence on the Internet.” CPAC believes that the government should refrain from transforming itself into a giant consulting firm and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on December 7, 2023 by a vote of 72-1 and the bill later became law.
