This lumps all electronic smoking devices with tobacco projects and raises the age of the delivery of these devices to 21. CPAC believes that if you are old enough to vote and fight for your country, you are old enough to smoke or use vaping devices and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed the bill on September 26, 2024 by a vote of 73-2 but the bill was not taken up by the Senate.
