This bill requires a contractor operating under the prevailing wage law to conduct an orientation meeting to indoctrinate the workers to the prevailing wage system (usually the union wage). CPAC opposes this forced propaganda and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed the bill on September 26, 2024 by a vote of 68-7 and the bill later became law.
