This omnibus capital outlay bill appropriates $10,000,000 to plan, design, and construct a reproductive health clinic in Dona Ana county. While CPAC does not disagree with all of the expenditures entailed within this bill, it vehemently opposes using taxpayer dollars to fund such facilities. CPAC, therefore, opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 11, 2023 by a vote of 41-26 and the bill later became law.
