Vote Description
This bill requires companies to report certain data regarding the gender, race, and ethnicity of their employees. CPAC recognizes that this information will be used to pressure corporations into implementing racist diversity quotas and other Leftist measures and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on May 16, 2024 by a vote of 103-41 but the bill did not become law.
