Vote Description
This bill prohibits all public laws and regulations issued by the state in the future from containing gendered language. CPAC recognizes that this provision sets the state up to remove mothers and fathers from law, opposes measures that gratify radical gender theory, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 22, 2023 by a vote of 46-15 and the bill later became law.
