This bill establishes the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board, the likes of which will only contain LGBT+ individuals and advise the state government on ways to benefit the LGBT+ community. CPAC opposes government measures that expressly benefit a favored class of people, opposes the infiltration of the LGBT+ agenda into the halls of government, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 3, 2023 by a vote of 60-0 but the bill never became law.
