This bill requires people to wait 10 days after purchasing a firearm before they may receive a firearm. CPAC opposes this violation of Second Amendment freedoms and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 4, 2024 by a vote of 42-19 but the bill did not become law.�
