This bill states that laws allowing the removal of a minor from the state because that minor's parent is allowing the minor to receive gender transition services are to be considered unlawful in New York. CPAC opposes the castration and mutilation of children and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 4, 2024 by a vote of 43-18 but the bill did not become law.
