Vote Description
This bill prohibits medical practitioners from performing radical gender surgeries on or prescribing hormone replacement therapies to minors. CPAC opposes the mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on December 13, 2023 by a vote of 62-27 but the bill had not become law as of the end of 2023.
