Vote Description
This bill creates the new African immigrants grant and gift fund, the likes of which will disburse funds received by the New African Immigrants Commission. CPAC opposes the creation of special bureaucracies for favored groups within the government and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 29, 2023 by a vote of 31-0 but the bill did not progress in the House.
