This bill expands the perimeter around polling places within which individuals may not electioneer. CPAC supports efforts to prevent individuals and partisan groups from directly or indirectly coercing electors to vote in a particular way and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 25, 2023 by a vote of 73-15 and the bill later became law.
