This bill expands the list of requirements that a multistate voter list maintenance organization must comply with to be approved as an entity that may be employed by the state. For example, such an organization may not be composed in part of members that are not domestic to the United States. One may also be disqualified if it releases voter registration information to foreign entities. CPAC supports efforts to protect election integrity and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 25, 2023 by a vote of 39-5 and the bill later became law.
