Vote Description
This bill makes it a misdemeanor for an illegal alien to enter the state. It also requires illegal aliens to leave the state. CPAC supports efforts to stem the flow of illegal migrants into the United States and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 23, 2024 by a vote of 39-8 and the bill later became law.
