Vote Description
The Senate version of this bill prohibits certain entities from denying adults the ability to buy a gun solely due to their age. CPAC supports the preservation of Second Amendment freedoms and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 14, 2024 by a vote of 33-6 but the bill did not become law.
