The Senate version of this bill strengthens provisions preventing foreign adversaries from gaining control over land in Oklahoma. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US’ national security and supported this bill. The Senate passed this version of the bill on March 13, 2024 by a vote of 38-1 and the bill later became law.
