Vote Description
This bill directs the Department of Education to develop a special plan to educate students who are illegal immigrants or members of the LGBT+ population. CPAC opposes measures that incentivize illegal immigration and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 4, 2024 by a vote of 22-8 and the bill later became law.
