Vote Description
This bill requires state agencies to establish a tracking system that allows applicants for permits to view the status of their application online. It also requires such agencies to submit substantially more information concerning their permitting processes to the state legislature for review. CPAC supports efforts to increase government transparency and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 10, 2023 by a vote of 29-19 but the bill did not advance in the House.
