Vote Description
This bill creates the Max Manufacturing Initiative Fund and Endeavor Loan Fund. These funds will help subsidize the acquisition and installation of new equipment at mining, industrial processing, information technology, and production agriculture facilities. CPAC opposes the creation of grant programs that intentionally favor some industries over others and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 21, 2023 by a vote of 48-2 but the bill never became law.
