Vote Description
This bill doubles the number of days of notice that a landlord must provide to tenants before increasing rent. CPAC opposes government interference in the relationship between landlords and tenants and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 13, 2023 by a vote of 57-10 but the bill never became law.
