Vote Description
This bill raises the amount of paid family and medical leave that must be offered to employees from 13 to 24 weeks. CPAC opposes this government intrusion into employer-employee relations and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 21, 2024 by a vote of 30-6 but the bill did not become law.
