This bill prohibits employers from penalizing employees for refusing to attend employer-sponsored meetings related to political or religious matters. CPAC believes that the government should not interfere in workplace policies in this way and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 30, 2024 by a vote of 32-5 but the bill did not become law.
