Vote Description
This bill establishes the Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program, the likes of which will provide parents with $6,000 in funds such that they may more easily send their children to schools that better suit their needs. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 31, 2023 by a vote of 28-15 and the bill later became law.
