This bill prohibits municipalities from adopting any ordinances or regulations that prohibit consumers from using gas stoves. CPAC opposes efforts to implement gas stove bans and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 7, 2023 by a vote of 67-3 and the bill later became law.
