This bill prohibits China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela form buying agricultural land in South Dakota. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US’ domestic security and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 13, 2024 by a vote of 61-6 and the bill later became law.
