Vote Description
This resolution declares the legislature’s opposition to amend the constitution of South Dakota to make abortion a right. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes any attempt to make it a right, and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on February 12, 2024 by a vote of 63-7.
