This bill prohibits entities supported by public funds from using their funds to provide meeting places to groups that encourage violent actions or advocate for divisive concepts. These concepts include those that state that a particular race is superior to another or that one is inherently responsible for the actions of the members of their race. CPAC opposes DEI as it is currently conceptualized by the Left and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 16, 2024 by a vote of 69-22 and the bill was signed into law.
