Vote Description
This bill makes the limit on certain claims that could be issued against businesses during the pandemic permanent. CPAC opposes the proliferation of frivolous litigation against businesses and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 13, 2023 by a vote of 25-6 and the bill later became law.
