This bill requires the coordinator of elections to compare the statewide voter registration database against data from other state agencies. CPAC supports efforts to promote the integrity of election procedures and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 15, 2024 by a vote of 26-3 and the bill was signed into law.
