Vote Description
This bill requires TennCare plans to cover mental health treatments to the same extent that it covers treatments for alcoholism and drug dependence. CPAC opposes this expensive new mandate and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 18, 2024 by a vote of 31-0 and the bill was signed into law.
