The Chip Roy amendment to H. R. 4821 prohibits the federal government from using funds appropriated to it in order to carry out “environmental justice activities.” Environmental justice is a strand of intersectionality that seeks to combine the strictures of the Left’s radical climate agenda with the discrimination of its racial agenda.
