Vote Description
Using the Congressional Review Act, this resolution by John James (CPAC Score 61%) repeals the EPA emissions rule which restricts light and heavy-duty trucks. CPAC opposes forcing people to buy a new truck and supported this resolution. The House passed the resolution on September 20, 2024 by a vote of 215-191 but the resolution was not taken up by the Senate.
