Vote Description
The John Kennedy amendment to S. 2226 prohibits the President from voting to allocate Special Drawing Rights at the International Monetary Fund to states that sponsor terrorist organizations or commit genocide. CPAC supports efforts to cut the purse strings of state sponsors of terrorism and supported this amendment.
