Vote Description
This bill requires that schools maintain a list of the explicit materials that they show to students and then requires that they make that list available to parents. CPAC supports transparency in the classroom and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on January 26, 2023 by a vote of 51-45 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
