Vote Description
This bill prevents the government from entering into contracts with companies unless those companies have agreed not to boycott Israel. CPAC supports the US’ continued partnership with Israel, supports efforts to prevent the state from contracting with anti-Semitic companies, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 7, 2023 by a vote of 50-48 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
