Vote Description
This bill requires that there be at least two qualified crew members attending to the needs of any train carrying moving freight. CPAC opposes this unnecessary and expensive measure designed only to benefit unions and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on February 7, 2024, by a vote of 51-49, but Governor Youngkin vetoed the bill.
