Vote Description
This bill provides a sales and use tax remittance of up to $10,000 for qualifying farmers. CPAC believes that the government should refrain from supporting one industry over another and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 6, 2024 by a vote of 45-1 and the bill later became law.
