This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that would prohibit the government from discriminating against people on the basis of sex or race. CPAC believes that the government should not discriminate against people on the basis of sex or race and supported this resolution. The House adopted this resolution on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 62-35.
