Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians from performing gender surgeries on or prescribing hormone replacement therapy to minors. CPAC opposes the castration and mutilation of children and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on October 17, 2023 by a vote of 22-10 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
