This bill removes various permitting processes that made it more difficult for minors aged 14 or 15 to obtain employment. CPAC supports commonsense regulatory reform and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on October 17, 2023 by a vote of 21-11 but the bill had not become law as of the end of 2023.
